For clinicians
You stay in control of your information
Organizations come to you with complete, structured offers of conversation. Your email and phone number stay hidden until you decide otherwise.

How it works for you
Build a professional profile
Credentials, specialties, modalities, populations, languages and employment preferences.
Choose your visibility
Stay hidden, or let verified organizations with recruiting access find you. Change it any time.
Receive structured requests
Salary, caseload, documentation and supervision details are required before an organization can reach you.
Review organizations first
Read their real expectations before you accept, decline, or ask for more information.
Privacy settings
Your profile has two visibility states. Exclusions are a separate control. Practicum students have their own visibility setting for practicum sites, plus document-by-document sharing.
Hidden
Your profile isn't shown to organizations.
Visible to organizations
Verified organizations with recruiting access can find and view your profile.
Exclusions (separate setting)
Exclude specific organizations or people, such as a current employer. Exclusions always override visibility.
Also offering supervision?
Add a supervision profile with your jurisdictions, formats, rates and availability.
Trainings
Not looking for a new job? You can still share your expertise.
Eligible California mental health professionals can showcase trainings they provide. Verified organizations with an active Practice Ready subscription can discover those offerings and request more information. It's included in the existing organization subscription — there's no separate training-access fee.
Professionals accept or decline each inquiry. Any fees are arranged directly between the professional and the organization. Practice Ready verifies professional credentials, not training-topic expertise or continuing-education approval.
