For organizations
Recruit clinicians, students and supervisors in one verified network
Practice Ready is not a job board. You search profiles directly, and every request you send is a structured, transparent offer of conversation. Recruiters, administrators, supervisors and other authorized team members can share one organization workspace under one subscription. Roles set what each person can do: only owners, administrators and recruiters search clinician profiles and send interview requests, while supervisors handle practicum activities.

How recruiting works
Get verified
Submit your organization details for moderator review. Viewing real clinician profiles requires both verification and an active paid plan; practicum participation is free.
Search verified clinicians
Filter by profession, specialty, modality, language, location, availability and supervision experience.
Send structured requests
Salary, caseload, documentation and supervision are required fields — no vague outreach.
Talk only to interested clinicians
You hear back only from clinicians who accept or ask for more information.

Explore practicumWhat clinicians see about you
Caseload, documentation expectations, supervision, benefits and your interview process — the organizations that publish honestly get the most accepted requests.
Trainings
Find professionals who offer trainings
Eligible California mental health professionals can showcase trainings they provide. Verified organizations with an active Practice Ready subscription can discover those offerings and request more information. It's included in the existing organization subscription — there's no separate training-access fee.
Professionals accept or decline each inquiry. Any fees are arranged directly between the professional and the organization. Practice Ready verifies professional credentials, not training-topic expertise or continuing-education approval.
