By using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Practice Ready does not ordinarily collect government-issued identification for identity verification.
Practice Ready may not independently verify other information submitted by users, including employment history, training completion, certifications, professional competence, references, supervision qualifications, or information contained in resumes, CVs, cover letters, or endorsements.

Organizations and authorized hiring-team members may initiate communications with clinicians through the Platform.
Clinicians generally do not have access to other clinicians' profiles solely by virtue of maintaining a clinician account. However, an organization may authorize eligible individuals, including clinicians who serve as supervisors, hiring managers, administrators, owners, or other members of the organization's hiring team, to access clinician profiles and other recruiting functionality on the organization's behalf.
Individuals granted access through an organization must use information obtained through the Platform only for legitimate recruiting, interviewing, hiring, supervision, practicum-placement, training, or other authorized professional purposes and in accordance with the Practice Ready Terms of Service and applicable law.
G. Endorsements
The Platform may allow eligible users to submit free-text professional endorsements concerning clinicians or organizations.
The recipient of an endorsement may have controls regarding whether the endorsement is displayed.
Practice Ready does not routinely review or verify the truth, accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of endorsements.
Endorsements represent the views of the users who submit them and do not represent the views or recommendations of Practice Ready.
H. Payment and Transaction Information
Clinicians currently participate on Practice Ready without paying Practice Ready for employment access.
Practicum participation is currently offered without charge to participating students and organizations.
Practice Ready currently offers paid organization memberships for clinician recruiting and profile-access functionality.
Paid organization memberships are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
Practice Ready does not intend to store full payment-card numbers. Payment processors may collect payment information directly and process it under their own privacy policies.
Practice Ready may receive transaction-related information such as:
- Payment status;
- Subscription type;
- Billing period;
- Transaction identifiers;
- Payment date;
- Limited billing information;
- Cancellation information; and
- Refund information.
I. Automatically Collected Technical Information
When users access or use the Platform, Practice Ready and the technical services necessary to operate the Platform may automatically process certain technical information generated through ordinary website, account, hosting, infrastructure, authentication, and security operations.
Depending on the applicable service and configuration, this information may include:
- IP address;
- Browser type;
- Device type;
- Operating system;
- Date and time of access;
- Pages or Platform resources requested;
- Authentication or account-session information;
- Security and error information; and
- Technical logs generated in connection with operating and securing the Platform.
Practice Ready does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, session-replay tools, or similar third-party behavioral analytics or advertising-tracking services.
The specific technical information generated by hosting, infrastructure, authentication, and security services depends on the services and configurations used to operate the Platform.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information to:
- Create and administer accounts;
- Operate and provide the Platform;
- Authenticate users;

- Manage account permissions and access;
- Verify certain professional license or enrollment information;
- Display eligible clinician profiles to authorized organizations and hiring-team members;

3. PROFILE VISIBILITY AND RECRUITING
Practice Ready is designed to facilitate professional networking and recruiting within the California mental health field.
Actual clinician profiles are not ordinarily made publicly searchable on the open Internet.
Practice Ready may maintain fictional, demonstration, or illustrative profiles on publicly accessible portions of the website to demonstrate Platform functionality.
Before an eligible clinician profile becomes searchable by organizations, Practice Ready may require verification.
Clinicians may make their profiles private. A private profile will not ordinarily appear in candidate searches. Limited information, including a clinician's name, may remain visible where permitted by Platform functionality.
Profiles that have not completed required verification will not ordinarily appear in organization candidate searches.
A clinician's resume, curriculum vitae, cover letter, or other designated professional documents are not automatically made available to organizations merely because the clinician maintains a searchable profile.
Organizations or authorized hiring-team members may request access to designated documents where the Platform provides that functionality.
Clinicians determine whether to provide requested documents.
Once information or a document has been provided to or downloaded by another authorized user, Practice Ready cannot control copies retained outside the Platform.
Clinicians may be required to periodically confirm that they remain interested in opportunities in order for their profiles to remain searchable.
4. ORGANIZATION ACCOUNTS AND HIRING-TEAM ACCESS
Organizations may authorize individuals to participate in recruiting and hiring activities through an organization account or related Platform functionality.
Authorized individuals may include supervisors, clinicians involved in hiring, hiring managers, administrators, owners, or other personnel with a legitimate role in the organization's recruiting or hiring activities.
An individual who also maintains a clinician account may therefore have access to other clinicians' profiles when acting as an authorized member of an organization's hiring team.
Clinician status alone does not provide access to other clinicians' profiles.
Organizations are responsible for deciding who receives access to their recruiting functionality and for removing or modifying that access when it is no longer appropriate.
Practice Ready may process information regarding organization account permissions, authorized users, and their Platform activity for purposes including providing the Platform, security, access control, fraud prevention, customer support, and enforcement of our Terms.
Organizations and hiring-team members are subject to contractual restrictions regarding their use of clinician information.
5. SEARCH RESULTS
Organizations may search for clinicians using criteria such as profession, desired role level, location and travel compatibility, specialties, therapy modalities, populations served, clinical and work settings, employment preferences, availability, experience, languages, and other relevant professional characteristics available on the Platform.
Practice Ready may use criteria selected by the organization, together with other legitimate Platform factors, to determine the relevance and ordering of search results.
Search results are intended to assist organizations in identifying potentially relevant clinicians based on the organization's selected criteria and other Platform factors.
A clinician's position in search results does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, determination of professional competence, or representation by Practice Ready that one clinician is more qualified or suitable than another.
Organizations remain responsible for evaluating candidates and determining whether a clinician is appropriate for a particular position or opportunity.
6. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We may disclose information in the following circumstances.
A. To Other Platform Users
We disclose professional profile information to eligible and authorized Platform users as necessary to provide networking and recruiting functionality.
For example, eligible organizations and authorized hiring-team members may view searchable clinician profiles and may receive professional documents when a clinician chooses to provide them.
Information displayed to another user depends on account type, profile settings, authorization, verification status, and Platform functionality.
B. To Service Providers
We may disclose or make information available to vendors and service providers that help us operate and provide the Platform, including providers of:
- Website hosting and development;
- Cloud or database infrastructure;
- Authentication and account functionality;
- Payment processing;
- Email delivery;
- Security;
- Customer support; and
- Other technical services necessary to operate the Platform.
These providers may process information on our behalf or as otherwise necessary to provide their services, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Practice Ready does not currently disclose personal information to Google Analytics, advertising trackers, session-replay providers, or similar third-party behavioral analytics or advertising-tracking services because Practice Ready does not currently use those services.
C. For Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
- Protect the rights or property of Practice Ready;
- Investigate fraud, security incidents, misuse, or violations of our agreements;
- Protect users or others from harm; or
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
D. Business Transactions
If Practice Ready is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
E. With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise consent to the disclosure.
F. Aggregated or De-Identified Information
We may use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual for purposes such as Platform operation and improvement, business planning, and understanding Platform usage, subject to applicable law.
7. SALE AND MONETIZATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Practice Ready does not sell or rent personal information for monetary compensation.
Practice Ready does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, to the extent the terms "sell," "share," and "cross-context behavioral advertising" are defined by applicable California law.
Practice Ready does not intend to monetize users' personal information independently of providing and operating the Practice Ready Platform.
Organizations pay for access to Platform recruiting and profile-access functionality, not for ownership of Practice Ready's database or unrestricted rights to use clinician personal information.
Organizations and authorized hiring-team members are permitted to use clinician information only for legitimate purposes permitted by the Platform, the Practice Ready Terms of Service, and applicable law.
If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.
8. COOKIES AND TECHNICAL FUNCTIONALITY
Practice Ready may use cookies or similar technical mechanisms only where they are actually implemented as part of account authentication, security, session management, user preferences, or other Platform functionality.
Practice Ready does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, session-replay tools, or similar third-party behavioral analytics or advertising-tracking services.
The particular cookies or technical mechanisms used by the Platform may depend on the hosting, authentication, security, and other technical services configured to operate the Platform.
Disabling cookies or similar mechanisms that are necessary for authentication, security, or Platform functionality may prevent portions of the Platform from functioning properly.
9. DO NOT TRACK AND PRIVACY SIGNALS
Practice Ready does not currently use advertising trackers or similar third-party behavioral tracking services for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Some browsers and devices provide "Do Not Track," privacy preference, or similar signals.
Where applicable law requires Practice Ready to recognize or respond to a particular legally valid privacy preference signal or opt-out mechanism, Practice Ready will do so as required by law.
Nothing in this Section is intended to state that a particular California privacy statute applies or does not apply to Practice Ready.
10. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Platform, maintaining accounts, complying with legal and accounting requirements, resolving disputes, preventing fraud or abuse, maintaining security, and enforcing our agreements.
Clinicians may be required to periodically confirm that they remain interested in opportunities for their profiles to remain searchable.
Current reattestation requirements may include approximately every 30 days for clinicians and every 30 days for practicum students or trainees.
Practice Ready may modify reasonable reattestation periods as Platform functionality changes.
Failure to reattest may cause a profile to stop appearing in candidate searches without requiring deletion of the underlying account.
Practice Ready may deactivate, hide, or delete accounts that have remained inactive for an extended period.
Deletion of an account does not necessarily result in immediate deletion from all backups or systems. We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or legitimate backup processes.
Information previously provided to or downloaded by another user may remain in that user's possession after an account is deleted.
11. ACCESSING, CORRECTING, OR DELETING INFORMATION
Users may be able to access, correct, modify, hide, or delete certain account and profile information directly through their accounts.
Users may also contact Practice Ready at info@practiceready.us to request assistance with accessing, correcting, or deleting account information.
We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
Practice Ready will honor privacy rights required by applicable law.
12. DATA SECURITY
Practice Ready uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
No website, database, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should notify Practice Ready if they believe their account has been compromised.
Organizations are responsible for appropriately managing access granted to members of their hiring teams.
13. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR INFORMATION SHARED WITH OTHERS
Practice Ready facilitates professional interactions between users.
Users should use professional judgment before providing documents, contact information, scheduling information, or other information to another user.
Organizations and authorized hiring-team members receiving clinician information are subject to the Practice Ready Terms of Service and must use that information only for legitimate purposes permitted by the Platform and applicable law.
Practice Ready cannot guarantee that another user will comply with contractual restrictions after receiving or downloading information.
14. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Practice Ready sends notification emails about applicable account and Platform activity, such as verification, messages, interview activity, scheduling, billing, and subscriptions.
Using the unsubscribe link in a Practice Ready notification email stops all Practice Ready notification emails to that email address, including essential service notifications. Important notification emails do not bypass this unsubscribe choice.
Authentication emails, including account confirmation, sign-in, and password reset emails, are separate from notification emails and may still be sent after you unsubscribe from notifications.
Practice Ready does not currently send marketing emails.
After unsubscribing, users can still see applicable activity and account information within Practice Ready.
15. CHILDREN AND MINORS
Practice Ready is intended exclusively for adults age 18 or older.
Individuals under 18 may not create or maintain Practice Ready accounts.
The Platform is not directed to children, and Practice Ready does not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
If we learn that information from a child has been collected in circumstances prohibited by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
16. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY INFORMATION
Practice Ready is based in California and currently offers the Platform as a California professional networking and recruiting marketplace.
California law may provide individuals with privacy rights depending on the circumstances and applicability of particular statutes.
Practice Ready will honor privacy rights that apply to Practice Ready under applicable law.
California residents may contact Practice Ready regarding applicable privacy rights or requests, including requests concerning access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
Practice Ready does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits a privacy right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable California or federal law.
Privacy-related questions or requests may be submitted to info@practiceready.us.
17. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Platform may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services that are actually used or made available through Platform functionality, such as scheduling or videoconferencing services, California licensing authority websites, payment-processing services, hosting or infrastructure services, authentication services, email-delivery services, or resources supplied by users.
Practice Ready does not currently integrate Google Analytics, advertising trackers, session-replay tools, or similar third-party behavioral analytics or advertising-tracking services into the Platform.
Practice Ready is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, content, or practices of third-party websites or services that users access outside Practice Ready or through third-party links or integrations.
Users should review the applicable third party's privacy practices before providing information to that third party.
18. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date.
If required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
